Urban Pasture

This custom new construction brings together rich textures and soft, layered tones to create a sense of understated sophistication. I served as the lead designer for the builder, managing all interior finishes, appliances, lighting, plumbing, space planning, and exterior color selections, while creating detailed CAD drawings to guide the construction process.

Finishes were selected to balance elegance and functionality, with natural wood flooring, warm neutral walls, quartz surfaces, and thoughtfully detailed cabinetry. Expansive windows fill the home with natural light, highlighting subtle details and layered textures throughout. The result is a serene, timeless interior that is both inviting and meticulously considered.
