Mindful Modern

This Silverlake home draws inspiration from California’s natural beauty, featuring light-filled spaces and a calm, neutral palette. I collaborated closely with the project architects and on-site construction team, overseeing all aspects of interior finishes, appliances, plumbing, lighting, space planning, and exterior colors. I also produced all of the CAD drawings, ensuring seamless coordination between design intent and execution.

Finishes were carefully selected to balance elegance and practicality, incorporating oak flooring, neutral wall colors, warm white quartz surfaces, mixed metal accents, and custom cabinetry. Thoughtful value engineering allowed the home to maintain a luxurious feel while staying within budget, resulting in a serene and timeless interior that feels both modern and grounded.
